What should I do if video or audio does not work?
If video or audio does not work during your mentoring session:
- Refresh your browser
- Check microphone and camera permissions
- Close other applications using your camera
- Test your internet connection
- Restart your device if needed
Make sure your browser allows camera and microphone access. Most issues are related to permissions or unstable internet.
If problems persist, notify your mentor through the messaging system and contact support for assistance.
