How do I fix connection issues?
Connection problems during mentoring sessions are usually caused by unstable internet.
To improve stability:
- Use a wired connection if possible
- Move closer to your Wi-Fi router
- Close background downloads
- Avoid public Wi-Fi
If your connection drops during a session, try rejoining immediately using the same meeting link.
If the issue prevents the session from continuing, communicate with your mentor via the messaging system and review the cancellation policy if necessary.
