Brief introduction call
A short, informal 15-minute conversation to get to know each other, answer your questions, and align on expectations. This is simply an opportunity to connect—not an interview.

Application review & approval
After the introduction call, we complete a final review and confirm your mentor approval. You'll be notified once your profile is approved, typically within 48 hours.

Go live & start mentoring
Set your availability, accept bookings, host 1:1 sessions, and receive payouts directly via Stripe Express. You're in full control of your schedule.
