How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime by emailing support@iknowly.com from your registered email address.
🕒 Cancellations take effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.
💰 Refund policy:
- If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not completed any included session, you’ll receive a full refund
- The introductory call does not count as an included session
- After 7 days, cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the ongoing month
