What if my mentor doesn’t reply to my Q&A messages?
Mentors in membership plans are required to provide timely, relevant responses.
⛔ Repeated delays or missed replies violate iknowly’s Mentor Policy.
If your mentor fails to respond within their stated timeframe:
- Report the issue to support@iknowly.com
- iknowly will review and may:
- 🔁 Reassign you to another mentor
- 💰 Offer a refund
- ⚙️ Take internal action as needed
