Can I change my mentor during my membership?
You can request a mentor change if there’s a clear service issue, such as:
- Repeated unresponsiveness
- Failure to maintain availability
- Non-compliance with iknowly standards
Contact support@iknowly.com — the team will review your case and either:
- Assign a new mentor, or
- Process a refund
⚠️ Mentor changes cannot be made solely for personal preference or minor dissatisfaction.
