Can I pause my membership?

Currently, iknowly does not offer an automatic pause option for memberships.

However, if you need to temporarily pause your plan, please contact support@iknowly.com

If your mentor agrees, a manual arrangement may be made to postpone sessions or adjust your schedule.

⚠️ Note: Regular billing continues unless iknowly confirms a pause in writing.
