What happens if my mentor is unavailable or does not respond?

If your mentor:

• Fails to maintain availability
• Does not respond within 24–48 hours
• Or misses a confirmed session

The iknowly team will investigate and, if justified, may:

• 💰 Offer a refund
• 🔁 Reassign you to another mentor
• ⚙️ Take internal action to ensure quality standards are maintained
