How does the 7-day free trial work?

Every new iknowly membership starts with a 7-day free trial — so you can explore the platform and experience mentorship before committing.

During your trial, you can:

• 🎁 Book one free Intro Session with your selected mentor
• 💬 Use the chat and Q&A features to get to know your mentor and explore how iknowly works

💳 When you start your trial:

• The payment for your first month is collected immediately but not finalized
• If you cancel within 7 days, you’ll receive a full refund
• If you continue after the trial, your membership automatically renews into a regular monthly subscription

🗓️ Your first billing cycle begins from the start date of your free trial, ensuring a seamless experience.

To cancel within the trial period, simply email support@iknowly.com before the end of the 7th day.
