What happens if a mentee does not show up?

If a mentee does not attend a scheduled one-off session without notice, the session is typically considered completed. Because mentors reserve time specifically for each booking, missed sessions are not always rescheduled.

If the mentee contacts you afterward, you may choose to reschedule depending on availability, but this is optional.

To reduce no-shows:

• confirm sessions in advance
• encourage mentees to prepare
• keep communication within the platform
