What happens if a mentee cancels?

If a mentee cancels a one-off session, the cancellation policy shown during booking applies. If cancellation happens within the allowed time window, the mentee may receive a refund and the slot becomes available again.

If cancellation occurs late, the session may still be considered used depending on the platform’s policy. You will be notified when cancellations occur.

To reduce last-minute cancellations:

  • keep availability accurate
  • set clear expectations
  • communicate through the platform
