What happens if a member cancels?

If a mentee cancels their membership, access typically remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, depending on the platform’s policy.

After cancellation:

  • recurring billing stops
  • future sessions are removed
  • Q&A access may end

You will be notified when a member cancels. You can review active and past memberships in your mentor dashboard.
