How does Q&A support work?

Some membership formats include limited Q&A support between sessions. This allows mentees to ask short follow-up questions without scheduling an additional session.

Q&A support is intended for:

  • clarifications
  • brief updates
  • small decisions

It is not meant to replace full sessions. As a mentor, you may define:

  • expected response time
  • acceptable scope of questions
  • communication boundaries

Managing expectations helps prevent overload and ensures sustainable mentoring.

All Q&A interactions take place through the platform’s messaging system.
