What platform fees does iknowly charge?
iknowly uses a transparent, tier-based fee model designed to balance mentor earnings with platform sustainability.
The platform fee is net (excl. VAT) and already includes payment processing costs (Stripe). VAT is applied only to the platform fee where legally required.
Mentor payouts are calculated as: Payout (net) = Gross price paid by the user β iknowly fee (gross) iknowly fee (gross) = iknowly fee (net) + VAT on that fee

This structure ensures fairness for smaller memberships while reducing percentage fees for higher-value collaborations.
One-off sessions
For one-off mentorship sessions, iknowly charges a 15% platform fee (net, excl. VAT) per completed session.
