What happens if a mentee misses a Community session?

If a mentee misses a scheduled Community Impact Session without notice, the session is typically counted as used. Because Community sessions are limited and offered voluntarily by mentors, rescheduling may not always be possible.

If the mentee informs you ahead of time, you may choose to reschedule depending on availability, but this is optional. Adding expectations to your profile can help reduce no-shows.

If missed sessions happen frequently, you can adjust how many sessions you offer each month or update your availability through your mentor dashboard.
