Am I required to offer Community sessions?

No. Offering Community Impact Sessions is completely optional. Mentors decide whether they want to provide free introductory sessions based on their available time and mentoring capacity.

Some mentors choose to offer a limited number each month to support new mentees and increase profile visibility. Others prefer to focus exclusively on paid sessions or membership-based mentoring.

You can enable or disable Community sessions anytime through your mentor dashboard. This flexibility allows you to adjust your mentoring structure based on schedule, workload, or preference.

To change your settings, simply go to the manage sessions section in the dashboard.
