Mentoring communication should generally remain within the iknowly platform to ensure transparency, security, and proper scheduling. Messaging, booking, and payments are designed to be handled through the platform.

In some cases, mentors and mentees may agree to communicate externally for session preparation or follow-up. In such cases, iknowly is not responsible for payment or refund issues. However, it is recommended to keep core mentoring interactions within iknowly to maintain clarity and records.

Using the platform ensures that:

  • Session history is stored
  • Privacy is protected
  • Support can assist if needed

For ongoing mentoring, continue using the built-in messaging system whenever possible, and book sessions through the platform via book a session.
