What happens if I cancel a one-off session?

If you cancel a one-off mentoring session, the cancellation terms shown during booking will apply. Each session follows a defined cancellation window that determines whether a refund is possible.

If you cancel in advance:
If you cancel within the allowed time frame (for example, more than 24 hours before the session), you may be eligible for a full refund. The exact conditions are always displayed before confirming your booking.

If you cancel late:
If the cancellation happens after the allowed window, the session may not be refundable. This is because the mentor has already reserved the time for you.

Booking a new time:
iknowly currently does not offer direct rescheduling.
If you cannot attend:

• Cancel the session from your dashboard
• Then book a new time with the same mentor (or another mentor)
• Choose a new available slot that fits your schedule

You can always return to the mentor profile to select another available time and book again. Review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming any booking.
