What is a Community Impact Session?

A Community Impact Session is part of iknowly’s mission to make high-quality mentorship accessible to individuals who genuinely need support but may face financial or structural barriers.

It is not a trial session and not just a quick orientation call.

Community Impact Sessions are designed to create real, meaningful support through our mentor community. Depending on the mentor’s availability and willingness, support may extend beyond a one-off mentoring session. It is not automatically restricted to one conversation — continuation is at the mentor’s discretion.

The purpose is social contribution, knowledge sharing, and empowerment.
It reflects iknowly’s vision of building an inclusive ecosystem where experienced professionals give back and help others move forward.
