What happens if I miss a Community Impact Session?

Community Impact Sessions are limited and offered voluntarily by mentors.

If you miss a confirmed session without cancelling in advance, the time slot may be forfeited and cannot always be rescheduled.

If you know you cannot attend, please cancel early through your dashboard. This allows the slot to be offered to someone else in the community.

Missing a session does not prevent you from using iknowly in the future. You may:

• Request another Community session (if available)
• Book a paid mentoring session
• Explore structured support through a mentoring membership

Community Impact relies on mutual respect, responsibility, and fairness to ensure access remains available for those who need it.
