How does billing work for company Memberships?
Company Membership plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected structure. Billing may depend on:
- number of employees
- number of sessions
- program scope
- contract terms
Invoices are typically issued to the company contact or finance department. Payment terms and billing cycles are defined during onboarding.
Companies can review billing information and invoices through the billing settings section of their account.
