What happens if I miss my scheduled mentorship?
If you miss your scheduled mentorship, the following process applies:
- Non-Refundable Session Fee:
- The session fee will not be refunded if you miss the scheduled mentorship. The payment will be transferred directly to the mentor as per the agreed terms.
- Report the Missed Session:
If you were unable to attend the session, you must report the issue within 48 hours. In your report, provide a clear explanation of the reason for missing the session.
- Confirmation of the Issue:
The reason for missing the session will be reviewed. If no report is submitted within 48 hours, the session will be directly confirmed, and no further action will be taken.
- Respecting Time:
We value the time of both you and the mentor. It’s essential that you attend your scheduled sessions on time. If you experience an issue, please inform the mentor as soon as possible.
This policy ensures fairness and respects the valuable time of both you and the mentor. It also ensures that the mentor’s time is not lost, and you are held accountable for your bookings.
