How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through your account settings or by contacting support.
Before deleting your account, consider:
- active bookings
- ongoing Membership plans
- pending payments or invoices
- saved messages or session history
Once deleted:
- access to your dashboard will be removed
- session history may no longer be available
- active plans must be cancelled beforehand
To delete your account:
- Log in
- Go to account settings
- Select “Delete account”
- Confirm your request
If you have active services, cancel them first via billing settings or the Membership management page.
Account deletion requests are processed in accordance with platform policy and applicable data protection regulations.
