If cancellation is unavoidable, cancel the session through your mentor dashboard as early as possible. You should also inform the mentee directly through the messaging system.

Frequent cancellations may impact your visibility and credibility on the platform. Therefore, only confirm sessions you are confident you can attend.

After cancellation, the mentee may choose to reschedule or book with another mentor.
