Can I pause or deactivate my account?

Yes. Mentors can pause their availability or deactivate their account if they need a break.

Pausing availability:

• hides your booking slots
• keeps your profile active
• allows reactivation anytime

Deactivating your account:

• removes your profile from search
• stops new bookings entirely

You can manage both options directly from your mentor dashboard. If you plan to return later, pausing availability is usually the best option. You can also manage your availability through the manage availability section in your dashboard.
