What happens if my mentor is unavailable?

If your mentor is temporarily unavailable, sessions can usually be rescheduled. You may contact your mentor directly through the platform’s chat system to coordinate a new time.

If the unavailability becomes longer-term, please contact the iknowly support for assistance. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Please note that memberships are tied to one selected mentor. If a membership is canceled, remaining sessions do not transfer to another mentor.
