What happens if a member cancels?

If a member cancels during the 7-day trial or at the end of a billing cycle, no action is needed from the mentor.

• Payouts are made only after a full membership month is completed
• Cancellations stop future renewals but do not affect completed payouts
• Mentors are notified if a cancellation impacts upcoming sessions
