What if my mentor doesn’t reply to my Q&A messages?

Mentors in membership plans are required to provide timely, relevant responses.

⛔ Repeated delays or missed replies violate iknowly’s Mentor Policy.

If your mentor fails to respond within their stated timeframe:

  1. Report the issue to support@iknowly.com
  2. iknowly will review and may:
    • 🔁 Reassign you to another mentor
    • 💰 Offer a refund
    • ⚙️ Take internal action as needed
