What device or software do I need to join a mentorship?

iknowly is designed to provide a seamless and user-friendly mentorship experience with minimal technical requirements. To ensure your session runs smoothly, you will need:

• A compatible device: You can join mentorship using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
• A web browser: iknowly’s platform is accessible via Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge, or any other web browsers. No additional software installations are required to use the platform.
• Microphone and camera: For a video mentorship, ensure your device has a working microphone and camera. These are essential for clear communication with your mentor.
• (Optional) Headset: For optimal audio quality, especially in noisy environments, we recommend using a headset.
