How do I communicate with a mentor before booking?

Before finalizing your booking, iknowly allows you to send inquiries to mentors through their mentor profile page. This messaging system is designed to facilitate clear and direct communication, allowing you to:

• Ask Questions About Expertise: Inquire about their experience, specific skill sets, and areas of expertise to ensure they align with your needs.
• Clarify Session Objectives: Discuss the goals and outcomes you'd like to achieve during the mentorship, ensuring the session is tailored to your requirements.
• Check Availability or Special Requests: Coordinate on the best time for your session and address any specific requests you may have, such as language preferences or session format.

Once your message is sent, you can view all your ongoing inquiries in the "Inquiries" section located under the My iknowly tab in the top bar of the platform. All responses from mentors will also be displayed here, allowing you to track conversations and manage inquiries easily.

This pre-booking communication helps ensure that you are fully prepared and that your mentor can deliver exactly what you're looking for during your session.
