If your booking request has not been accepted, there are specific time frames in place to ensure a smooth process for both you and the mentor. Here's how it works:
- Time Frame for Acceptance:
- If your session is scheduled more than 48 hours in advance, the mentor has 24 hours to review and accept the booking request.
- If the session is scheduled between 24 to 48 hours in advance, the mentor has 12 hours to accept the request.
- Mentor's Unavailability:
The mentor may not be available to accept your request within the specified time frame due to prior commitments or personal availability.
- Non-Acceptance & Cancellation:
If the mentor does not accept your booking request within the designated time frame, the session will be automatically cancelled, and no charges will be applied to your account.
You will receive a notification if your booking is cancelled due to non-acceptance, and you can either choose a different time or explore other mentors who are available. We aim to provide you with flexibility while ensuring you can secure expert guidance at your convenience.
