2. Educational & Professional Qualifications

3. Proven Track Record & Achievements
- A strong professional portfolio, resume, or LinkedIn profile showcasing past projects, leadership roles, or contributions in your industry.
- Case studies, publications, or past mentoring/coaching experience can enhance your credibility.
4. High-Quality Mentorship Standards
- Mentors must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to provide structured, insightful, and results-driven mentorship sessions.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or training professionals or students is highly valued.
5. Commitment to Professionalism
- Adherence to iknowly's ethical guidelines and mentorship policies is mandatory.
- Mentors should be responsive, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality sessions.
6. Complete Profile & Application Approval
- Submit a detailed profile with your expertise, services, pricing, and availability.
- Our team will review your application within 48 hours to ensure it aligns with our platform's high standards. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and can start offering mentorship sessions.
