How Can I Edit or Update My Mentor Profile?

Once you have created your Mentor profile, you can update your details at any time. Follow these step-by-step instructions to edit your profile:

1. Log into Your iknowly Account

Visit the iknowly website and click on the Login button.
Enter your registered email address and password.
Click Sign In to access your dashboard.

2. Navigate to the "My iknowly" Section

After logging in, go to the My iknowly tab in the main menu.
This section provides an overview of your mentor profile, including bookings, availability, and personal details.

3. Edit Your Profile Information

Inside the My iknowly section, look for the Profile tab.
You can update the following details:
- Personal Information: Name, profile picture, location, and contact details.
- Professional Bio: Your experience, expertise, and a brief introduction about yourself.
- Languages Spoken: The languages you offer mentorship in.
- Services & Pricing: Add or adjust the services you provide and update your rates.
- Video Introduction (Optional): Upload or replace your 3-minute introductory video.

4. Save Changes

After making any modifications, click the Save button to ensure your updates are applied.
Your changes will be reflected immediately on your public mentor profile.
