With a background in Business Administration I started my professional career in international organizations, working across countries and time zones. For several years I was leading international teams in high pressure IT environments. Completing a Masters Degree in Business Psychology while maintaining my job as an Operations Manager taught me the psychological concepts underlying team collaboration, change & organizational development. It also forced me to up my game in Self-Management in order to ever complete my thesis. This pracical experience and theortical background is the basis for my work today, supporting my clients in achieving their personal goals and succeed as a team.
