Throughout my career, I’ve worked across Europe and the USA, leading global accounts and managing cross-border transformation initiatives. I bring deep expertise in emerging technologies—AI, Cloud, and SaaS—as well as a strong track record in startup advisory and real estate entrepreneurship. As a certified facilitator for transformation processes, I help individuals and teams unlock their potential, navigate change, and grow with clarity and confidence. My approach is rooted in practical experience, intercultural competence, and a passion for helping others succeed. Currently, I’m semi-retired, serving at Deutsche Telekom and acting as CFO of a foundation—while continuing to coach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
