With over 30 years of international experience in engagement and deal management, consulting, and the business development of complex IT solutions, I support motivated, tech-driven professionals at the start of their careers and beyond. My academic background in business and engineering, complemented by executive education at Columbia University and the London School of Economics, has equipped me to navigate both strategic and technical dimensions of modern business. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across Europe and the USA, leading global accounts and managing cross-border transformation initiatives. I bring deep expertise in emerging technologies—AI, Cloud, and SaaS—as well as a strong track record in startup advisory and real estate entrepreneurship. As a certified facilitator for transformation processes, I help individuals and teams unlock their potential, navigate change, and grow with clarity and confidence. My approach is rooted in practical experience, intercultural competence, and a passion for helping others succeed. Currently, I’m semi-retired, serving at Deutsche Telekom and acting as CFO of a foundation—while continuing to coach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
