I was professionally born in the automotive industry, building Software, ECUs, and Semiconductors. In recent years my focus is to set strategies and innovation to bridge divide between large distributed systems to realtime safety critical systems, IT and OT, waterfall to agile, engineer and executive alike. I hail from a small village in northern India, and worked in German companies, or in Germany for last 20 years, and successfully navigated multiple career pivots to keep on learning and leading. I have seen engineering, organisational, mid to senior level managerial challenges first hand. Beyond love for engineering, i like to explore common ground between easter and western philosophies.
