Before becoming a full-time coach and consultant, I spent 15+ years in international IT enterprises, product companies, startups, and educational ventures, working at the intersection of technology, people, learning, and business growth. My background combines Program and Project Management with expertise in Learning & Development, HR and recruiting initiatives, customer enablement, marketing, and strategy. Today I work closely with IT engineers, tech leaders, creatives, and founders.
