Can I get a refund after the trial period?

💰 Refunds are available only if:

  • You cancel within 7 days of confirmation, and
  • You have not completed a paid session

Your membership officially starts when your mentor confirms the Intro Session — from that moment, your 7-day trial begins.

After the trial:

  • Cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund the current month
  • If your mentor is unresponsive or unavailable, contact support@iknowly.com for a potential refund or reassignment
