If you encounter technical issues on the iknowly platform, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

- Use a wired connection if possible, as it tends to be more reliable than Wi-Fi.
- Clear Cache and Cookies:

- To do this, go to your browser settings, find the section for clearing browsing data, and select "cache" and "cookies."
