How should mentors manage availability?

Mentors must ensure their availability calendar accurately reflects real-time scheduling capacity.

• All listed times should be genuinely bookable
• Frequent short-notice cancellations or no-shows damage member trust and may affect mentor ranking

If temporary unavailability is expected (e.g., travel or vacation), mentors should:

• Block those dates in advance through the dashboard
• Inform the iknowly team to avoid accidental bookings
