Can mentors reject or change members?

Mentors may decline a new member before accepting the Intro Session or the start of the membership, for valid reasons such as:

  • Mismatch in expertise
  • Scheduling conflict

Once a membership is active, mentors are expected to maintain the relationship for the current billing month.

Mentors may request reassignment only if:

  • The member repeatedly misses sessions or behaves inappropriately
  • The mentorship topic falls outside the mentor’s competence
  • There is a personal or ethical conflict preventing continued cooperation
