Can mentors reject or change members?
Mentors may decline a new member before accepting the Intro Session or the start of the membership, for valid reasons such as:
- Mismatch in expertise
- Scheduling conflict
Once a membership is active, mentors are expected to maintain the relationship for the current billing month.
Mentors may request reassignment only if:
- The member repeatedly misses sessions or behaves inappropriately
- The mentorship topic falls outside the mentor’s competence
- There is a personal or ethical conflict preventing continued cooperation
In such cases, contact support@iknowly.com and provide documentation for review.
