What professional standards must mentors follow?

Mentors on iknowly represent our professional community and are expected to uphold the highest standards of service, reliability, and communication.

Core expectations include:

• Completing Stripe Express onboarding for secure payouts and tax compliance
• Offering one free Intro Session for each new member during their trial
• Maintaining regular session availability and updating the booking calendar
• Responding to Q&A messages within their stated timeframe (24 h / 48 h)
• Communicating professionally and respectfully at all times
• Safeguarding all confidential information shared by members
• Following iknowly’s Code of Conduct and Mentor Policy

⚠️ Failure to meet these standards may lead to reduced visibility, delayed payouts, or temporary account review, but won’t block mentoring activity unless essential compliance steps remain incomplete.
