What happens if I miss my scheduled consultation?
If you miss your scheduled consultation, the following process applies:
- Non-Refundable Session Fee:
- The session fee will not be refunded if you miss the scheduled consultation. The payment will be transferred directly to the consultant as per the agreed terms.
- Report the Missed Session:
If you were unable to attend the session, you must report the issue within 48 hours. In your report, provide a clear explanation of the reason for missing the session.
- Confirmation of the Issue:
The reason for missing the session will be reviewed. If no report is submitted within 48 hours, the session will be directly confirmed, and no further action will be taken.
- Respecting Time:
We value the time of both you and the consultant. It’s essential that you attend your scheduled sessions on time. If you experience an issue, please inform the consultant as soon as possible.
This policy ensures fairness and respects the valuable time of both you and the consultant. It also ensures that the consultant’s time is not lost, and you are held accountable for your bookings.
