• A web browser: iknowly’s platform is accessible via Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge, or any other web browsers. No additional software installations are required to use the platform.
• Microphone and camera: For a video mentorship, ensure your device has a working microphone and camera. These are essential for clear communication with your mentor.
• (Optional) Headset: For optimal audio quality, especially in noisy environments, we recommend using a headset.
