How do I cancel my session?

At iknowly, you can cancel your session within the specified time frame before the scheduled mentorship, and you will be eligible for a full refund if you follow the cancellation rules as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

To cancel a session:

  1. Go to the Sessions section on your dashboard.
  2. Locate the session you wish to cancel.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

For a full refund, make sure to cancel your session within the time frame stated in our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made outside this time frame may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the specific terms of the mentor's policy.
