What happens if a mentor fails to meet obligations?

If a mentor repeatedly misses sessions, fails to respond to Q&A, or violates conduct policies, iknowly may take one or more actions:

• Reassignment of affected members to another mentor
• Reduction or withholding of payouts for affected billing periods
• Temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of the mentor account

All cases are reviewed individually and fairly. Mentors are notified in advance of any corrective action and may submit clarifications before final decisions are made.
