What are the expectations for Unlimited Q&A support?

“Unlimited Q&A” means members may send written questions through iknowly’s messaging system throughout their active membership.

Mentors must:

  • Reply within their stated timeframe (24 h for Pro mentors, 48 h for Standard mentors)
  • Provide constructive, relevant, and actionable guidance

⚠️ Failure to maintain responsiveness may result in lower satisfaction ratings or reduced payouts.
