How Do I Verify My Mentor Profile?

Verifying your mentor profile on iknowly is an important step to gain trust and increase your chances of getting booked by mentees. A verified profile signals credibility and professionalism.

You can submit your verification documents through your iknowly Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Verify Your Profile

1. Log into Your iknowly Account:

   1. Visit iknowly.com and Log in using your mentor credentials.

2. Navigate to Profile Verification:

   1. Click on the My iknowly tab in the navigation.
   2. Go to Profile Verification.

3. Upload Required Documents:

   1. You’ll be asked to upload the following:
      • Resume or CV (PDF format preferred)
      • Educational Certificates
      • Work Experience Certificates
   2. Click on Upload Document for each category and select the corresponding file.

4. Submit for Review:

   1. After uploading all required documents, click the Submit for Verification button.
   2. Our team will review your documents within 48–72 hours.

5. Receive Confirmation:

   1. If everything is in order, your profile will be marked as Verified.
   2. You’ll receive an email notification once your status is updated.
