How can I check the status of my payout?

To check the status of your payouts on iKnowly, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to Your Account:

   • First, log in to your iKnowly account as a mentor.

2. Go to the 'My iknowly' Tab:

   • Once you are logged in, navigate to the 'My iknowly' tab located in the top navigation bar of your dashboard.

3. Access 'Wallet tab:

   • Inside the 'My iknowly' tab, you will find an option labeled Wallet. This is where you can view your earnings, payout history, and all transaction-related details.

4. View Your Earnings and Payout History:

   1. Under Wallet, you can easily check your earnings history...
   2. The 'Payout History' section will display all the payouts that have been processed to your linked bank account. This includes both completed payouts and pending transfers.
   3. The payout history will also include the status of each payout (whether it is processed, pending, or completed). This allows you to track when you will receive your next payout.

5. Stripe Dashboard for Detailed Payout Status:

   • If you need more detailed information regarding your payouts, you can log into your Stripe account. In the Stripe Dashboard, you can see a comprehensive breakdown of all transactions, including the status of any payments that are pending, processing, or completed.

6. Discrepancies or Assistance:

   • If you encounter any issues with your payout or notice discrepancies in your earnings, you can always reach out to our support team at support@iknowly.com. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
