How can mentors terminate their participation on the platform?

Mentors may end participation at any time by sending a written notice to support@iknowly.com.

• Ongoing memberships must be completed or transferred before full deactivation
• Final payouts are processed after all sessions and refunds are settled
• Mentor data remains archived securely for accounting and regulatory purposes according to legal retention requirements
